The Elohim of the Seventh Ray, Arcturus and Victoria are Cosmic Beings who carry the greatest concentration, the highest vibration of Violet Light that we can comprehend. They inspire us all to be creative, whether it is a work of art or music, or an insect building its nest. They teach us discernment, to see the truth in all matters, and they encourage us to be responsible for all that is created, not just our own creations, but all Life.

They urge us to build the Violet Flame energy within us, and then let it flow freely with our thoughts, intent and passion! We can call on Arcturus and Victoria for their help, it really does not matter how we use it, as the energy of our intent will build the creative energy of the Violet Flame on Earth.
